Whether it be training for a race, an expedition, performance enhancement for sport, or skill for play, Sarah has the experience to design a program to fit the specific needs for the client.
 
GERIATRIC AND SPECIAL POPULATIONS (including Pre and Post Natal)
Education is the gem that creates the response a trainer desires in a special population client.  Specific measures should be taken and a careful plan should be implemented for this type of client.  Sarah will do extensive research to learn more about the individual and their needs in approaching the client's program.
 
GENERAL FITNESS
This is the client who desires to be well and fit!  Their goal is either to lose fat weight, to gain health, to have more stamina, and much more!  This population makes up 75% of who Sarah trains now. 
 

Sarah would like to consult with you on the phone and then follow through with a few sessions to bring you to a level where you can blast off with your precision goal attainment. We will discuss what is in your best interest and also what my professional opinion is regarding your program.
