About Sarah Stewart:


Sarah received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science with a fitness/wellness track at Texas Tech University. Her minor was nutrition, emphasis being sports nutrition. She holds three certifications; NASM -P.E.S., NASM-CPT, and ISSA-CPT. www.nasm.org and is a Licensed Primary Sports Nutritionist.

Sarah has trained individuals from the age of five to ninety, focusing on goals such as rehabilitation, specific strength, functional strength, sports specific strength, weight loss, definition and sculpting, as well as pregnancy. Her mission is to take the individual and create a unique change from the ground up, allowing core stabilization and neuromuscular control to be the foundation. From there an individual progresses faster and adapts more fully to the demands of stress on the body.

Sarah has contributed to NSIDE Magazine, Adventure Sports Magazine, Austin Fit Magazine, and The Good Life Magazine. She has also appeared on Fox News for Workout Wednesday as well as other local news channels for nutrition and fitness guidance. Her latest feature can be viewed on PBS, a new season will premiere beginning Thursday October 23rd at 8:00 p.m. on KLRU-TV, Austin PBS. Sarah also works with Arthritis Central in making Arthritis fitness videos. She is working along side www.RF456.com and featured as the "athlete". These videos are in huge demand. Being adventurous her entire life, she takes time to be outdoors and challenge her own body and mind. She competes in and has won many adventure racing and duathlons. Getting out on the water for an early morning ski, studying the Bible, participating in any outdoor sport or adventure, and being with her family are things you will find her doing most of the time.


  • 1996-2000- Pursued a Bachelor's degree in the field while competing in intercollegiate tennis, and club waterskiing. Was a part of the fitness wellness staff at Texas Tech University, personal training and conducting nutritional and fitness clinics.
  • 1999-2000- Attained an internship at O.P.T.I in Florida while staying on after graduation as a Sports Conditioning and Fitness Specialist.
  • 2000-2005- Became part of the team as a Fitness Specialist at Pure Austin Fitness, which used to be Powerhouse Gym. There she designed Power Bootcamp and Fit Divas Fitness Camp, conducted Vo2 Max testing, personal trained, and presented at a in house seminar. 
  • 2004-2005- Began writing for fitness magazines and professional business magazines as a contributor
  • 2005-2006- Won the "Fitness Apprentice" and joined arms with Juan Carlos Santana for a distinct educational advantage at IHP (www.ihpfit.com)
  • 2006-2007- Teamed up with the University of Southern California as a Strength Coach, engaged in speaking at a PT conference, utilized personal training skills as an extra-curricular profession.
  • 2007-2008- Determined to go back to first passion, coaching as a fitness and health professional and founded Kinetic Movement Systems
  • 2008- Became the Expedition School's Professional Trainer, helped create a fitness video (Rf456), and started speaking in the realm of fitness up again to state wide businesses
